Visa Requirements for Indian Passport Holders

As per the agreement signed on August 25, 2005, between the Governments of the Republic of India and the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela on Visa Exemption for Holders of Diplomatic, Official, and Service Passports do not require visa to enter Venezuela.

Ordinary Indian passport holders require a visa to enter Venezuela and apply for the same in the Venezuelan Embassy responsible for the jurisdiction where the applicant legally resides.
