On the occasion of the 154th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi, Charge d Affaires, a.i. Maria Isabel Guinand, Rector of Universidad Metropolitana and President of Mahatma Gandhi Venezuela Mrs. Veronica Guruceaga also offered their respects.
