The Ambassador of India, H.E. Mr. P.K. Ashokbabu, met with the CEO of BNC Bank, Mr. Jorge Nogueroles; Mrs. Victoria Nogueroles VP of International Correspondent BNC; and Mr. Oscar de Guruceaga Honorary Consul of Thailand in Caracas.
