Visit to the Instituto de Altos Estudios Diplomáticos

Embassy officials visited the Instituto de Altos Estudios Diplomaticos "Pedro Gual" (IAEDPG) to further strengthen cooperation between the Embassy and IAEDPG. IAEDPG is the primary institute in Venezuela for training of diplomats.

Embassy officials were received by officials of IAEDPG led by the Deputy Director, Ms. Desiree Prez Urbina. On behalf of the Embassy, Mr. D.D. Singh, Second Secretary presented over 150 books to IAEDPG. The books are on various topics related to India and on India-Venezuela relations and include books in Spanish language, too.
