Embassy of India, Caracas organized a Gala Cultural Evening in Caracas to commemorate the 75th Independence Day celebrations. Senior leadership of the Venezuelan Government including Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza, members of the Indian community, friends of India attended maintaining Covid 19 protocol.

The Ambassador of India, H.E. Mr. P.K. Ashokbabu, met with the CEO of BNC Bank, Mr. Jorge Nogueroles; Mrs. Victoria Nogueroles VP of International Correspondent BNC; and Mr. Oscar de Guruceaga Honorary Consul of Thailand in Caracas.
The Ambassador of India, H.E. Mr. P. K. Ashokbabu, met with the Mayor of the Municipality of Chacao, Mr. Gustavo Duque and his wife, Mrs. Vanessa Bachrich. They discussed the possibilities of cultural exchange between the Embassy and the Municipality of Chacao.
The Ambassador of India, H.E. Mr. P.K. Ashokbabu met with the authorities of the prestigious Central University of Venezuela, the Rector Dr. Victor Rago the Academic Vice Rector, Dr. Maria Fatima Garces the Administrative Vice Rector, Dr. Jose Balbino Leon the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Corina Aristimuno and the Head of Public Relations, Prof. Sol del Valle. The Ambassador had the opportunity to discuss opportunities for cultural and academic links with the university.
