Fees and Counselling for Consular Service Applicants

It is mandatory that residents of Venezuela make a payment for consular services in Bolivares (Bs) in the BBVA Provincial Bank, in the account number 0108-0231-8901-0013-0102 under the name of the Embassy of India, Caracas, RIF G-20002377 -5. In addition to the consular fee, each applicant must make a separate deposit for ICWF in the BBVA Provincial Bank account number 0108-0231-8501-0019-0318 under the name of the Embassy of India-ICWF, RIF G-20002377-5. Both receipts of the deposits (originals) must be delivered together with the application for the consular procedure. Venezuelan visa applicants are advised to deposit the relevant amount to the required document only after having completed the application process. The rate may expire, and a new deposit must be made in case the application process has not been completed within a period of 6 months.

It is mandatory that residents of the islands Curacao, St. Maarten, Aruba, Bonaire, St. Eustatius, and Saba (BES) make a payment of consular services in dollars (US$), by checks or bank transfer. If the payment is made in checks, they must be issued in the name of Embassy of India, Caracas. In addition to the consular fee, for each service, each applicant must issue a separate check for ICWF in the name of Embassy of India, Caracas-ICWF. Both original checks must be submitted together with the request for the consular procedure.

All requests for consular services that are incomplete and / or incorrectly completed will be rejected and returned on behalf of the applicant as this causes unwanted and unnecessary delays. Applicants are advised to read the instructions carefully before submitting documentation to the Embassy.
