Ambassador Abhishek Singh met with Governor of Trujillo His Excellency Henry Rangel Silva. They discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in field of economy and culture. Ambassador also made presentation on India's achievements in various fields since Independence as part of India@75 celebrations.

The Ambassador of India, H.E. Mr. P. K. Ashokbabu, met with the Mayor of the Municipality of Chacao, Mr. Gustavo Duque and his wife, Mrs. Vanessa Bachrich. They discussed the possibilities of cultural exchange between the Embassy and the Municipality of Chacao.
The Ambassador of India, H.E. Mr. P.K. Ashokbabu met with the authorities of the prestigious Central University of Venezuela, the Rector Dr. Victor Rago the Academic Vice Rector, Dr. Maria Fatima Garces the Administrative Vice Rector, Dr. Jose Balbino Leon the Secretary General of the University, Dr. Corina Aristimuno and the Head of Public Relations, Prof. Sol del Valle. The Ambassador had the opportunity to discuss opportunities for cultural and academic links with the university.
